Production & Delivery
Please allow 10–15 working days for production and delivery. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
All international orders are shipped Delivery Duty Paid (DDP). Hide Heaven covers customs duties and import taxes, so there are no surprise fees upon delivery.

Returns
- You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging.
- To initiate a return, contact us at support@hideheaven.com with your order number and reason for return.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
- Items marked as final sale or clearance.
- Gift cards.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at support@hideheaven.com with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
