Refund & Returns Policy

At Hide Heaven, we take pride in the quality of our premium leather products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

  • You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.
  • To initiate a return, please contact us at support@hideheaven.com with your order number and reason for return.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance.
  • Gift cards.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

  • We offer exchanges for a different size or color, subject to availability.
  • To request an exchange, contact us at support@hideheaven.com within 14 days of delivery.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@hideheaven.com with photos of the item and your order details. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
